Warren James came to us to assist when their existing sign company could not meet the tight deadlines.
From survey measurements to install was 4 working days and the signage requirement was powder coated folded aluminium tray signs with illuminated letters and usually a projection sign.
When we first started working with WJ the signs involved a white aluminium folded tray running the length of the fascia and a black folded tray installed on top which had fret cut letters illuminated to read ‘Warren James’ and two cut acrylic letter signs to read Jewellery Outlet.
The next evolution of the letters involved us making a number of prototypes to achieve the correct effect and the correct colour of illumination. After various tweaks we settled on a white acrylic letter with black acrylic bonded to the face, the white acrylic had leds inserted into the sign in such a way to give maximum illumination.
This tight deadline means we got the survey measurements on Friday, fold the aluminium trays, send to the powder coaters, receive them back on the Tuesday afternoon, put the sign together on Tuesday afternoon/ Wednesday morning and send the installation team out to install.
